Bookings and payments
Clients book directly into available slots and pay at the time of booking. You set your own hours, prices and cancellation terms. The system prevents double-bookings automatically, so scheduling clashes are not something you ever have to manage.
Automatic reminders
Every booking generates its own reminder sequence without any input from you. Clients are notified before each session, which reduces no-shows. After each session, a follow-up message goes out requesting a review. Your reputation builds in the background while you focus on the work.
An asset you own
On the Setup plan, the website and admin system are yours from the day setup is complete, in the same way your equipment or client list is a business asset. If you sell your business, the website and the system behind it transfer with it as part of what you're selling.

Converting from the Managed Plan
The balance to convert is the setup fee ($2,249 + GST) plus the care plan ($149 + GST/month) for the time you've been on the Managed Plan, minus what you've already paid. You can convert at any point — the table below shows what that looks like at the end of each month.
